SHIPPING.

Shipment Times and Processing Times are two separate categories.

Processing Time is the time that the company needs in order to adquire, selects and process materilas for the making of the items. It may vary from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the quantity and type of items.

Shipping time is the time from the moment that Post Services receive the package until it´s delivered to the customer. It goes from 3 to 5 days, depending on the service selected. 

We encourage our customers to plan ahead and place their orders with enough anticipation keeping in mind both SHIPPING and PROCESSING times.
